Happy December folks!  Now that the New Year is fast approaching music lovers and casual music fans are scrounging to find the best new music of the year. I have good news for you, I did it all FOR YOU! (you're welcome!) 

For those who don't know, I spend countless hours a year researching, finding, listening to, organizing and ranking new music. I make a Top 100 songs of every week and tally up the points at the end of the year to come up with around 500 songs.  I will make this a bit easier to swallow, cut to the chase, and give you the top 100 songs. 

Despite my goal to be as thorough as possible, I am only human and I have respect for my ears so you will NOT hear any country, little to no top 40 and not much metal.  My "genre" is mainly rock, alternative, indie, electronic and their sub genres (chillwave, shoegaze, dream pop etc).   I will try to post a few songs a day until the end of the year so keep checking back on a daily basis.  I'm toying with new ways to give out my top 100 so this year I am trying the blog. Hope it works better than 100 FB postings!
